La qualite de la canisse est excellente, mais la qualite de la service apres vente pendant la coronavirus etait mediocre . . . je n'arrivais a avoir aucune information sur le statut de ma commande, ni par le lien de contact via internet, ni par telephone (repondeur en langue espagnole, que je ne maitrise pas, bien que j'ai compris qu'a cause de la coronavirus il y avaient des problemes). Finalement apres plus de 2 mois sans nouvelles j'ai encore fait une demande par internet et enfin j'ai eu un message me confirmant que les produits ont etes envoyes, mais le lien vers le transporteur etait faux et j'etais toujours dans le noir complet. Enfin, environ 10 jours apres le message me confirmant l'envoie, les produits sont bien arrives, et la qualite est excellente.
